The fine art collection at Queen's has been built up since the mid-nineteenth century through donations, bequests and purchases. Highlights from the Portrait section of the collection are on permanent display in the Great Hall at Queen's.
The University's Naughton Gallery is an accredited museum, funded with a donation from Martin and Carmel Naughton in 2001. The Gallery runs a full programme of diverse and dynamic events to open up engagement with the collections, alongside their contemporary exhibition programme.
