Richard Morris is an art historian and dealer in twentieth-century British art. A former newspaper journalist who has written for a number of UK national and international media titles, he now writes on art.

His interest in Paul Maitland stretches back several years and he has recently set up a research project to catalogue Maitland's work and to re-establish him as one of the leading English Impressionists.
