Kirsten Tambling is a writer and academic in London, currently teaching at the Courtauld Institute of Art. Between 2016 and 2022, she was Postdoctoral Research Associate on the 'Shakespeare in the Royal Collection' project at King's College London. She has worked in museums and galleries across London and the south-east, including Bethlem Museum of the Mind, Dr Johnson's House and the National Gallery, and in 2018 was co-curator of the exhibition 'James Henry Pullen: Inmate, Inventor, Genius' at Watts Gallery. Her writing and reviews on art and literature regularly appear in Apollo Magazine, The Art Newspaper and Literary Review.
