The artwork commemorates the former Regal Cinema (1913–1963), which then became a bingo club until 1995 and is now the Sanctuary Church. The artwork represents the frame often found in toys where the component pieces are popped out and assembled. The artwork has a rectangular frame with rounded corners. It has several rectangular plates with different cut-out numbers that also appear on the component parts which comprise of a greyhound, an acorn, the upside-down front and right-way-up back of a male figure and a vertical section of torn off film strip with the word 'Regal' spelled out in the sections. The artist worked with pupils of Staple Hill Primary School.
