Described by the artist as 'a whimsical figure, himself made out of some of re-used objects. He carries a stash of household waste on his fly-drive machine. Who knows what he will make out of this lot but he is a celebration of recycled material'. The work was commissioned Suffolk County Council to celebrate the opening of their first drive-in split-level household waste recycling centre, with kind donations and recycled pieces from WRG (Waste Recycling Group), Viridor Waste Management, Norson Construction and EMR.
