Commissioned to be part of a series of sculptures which form the River Stort Sculpture Trail. The form of the sculpture is determined by the words of the text. Funded through government regeneration money, the project was a collaboration between Harlow Council, Parndon Mill, British Waterways, Groundworks and the Department for Communities and Local Government.
