Artist, notably a sculptor, and teacher, born in London, who did a large amount of commissioned work for churches. Gained a fine art degree, Newcastle University, 1957–61, then taught at Mid-Warwickshire School of Art, 1962–4. Exhibitions included Letchworth Art Gallery, 1975, and Kodak House in Hemel Hempstead, 1977. Among her public works are Entrance Door, 1974, for St Bernardine Friary Church in Buckingham, and an impressive, stylised Christ on the Cross, 1976, at Weston Favel Roman Catholic Church, Northamptonshire.
