Peter Lowe is a writer and academic with interests in the art and literature of the UK and Europe in the first half of the twentieth century. His book, English Journeys: National and Cultural Identity in the 1930s and 1940s, was published by Cambria Press in 2012 and he is currently writing a study of the Soviet Avant-Garde in the 1920s.
