Two soldiers in caps wearing 1914 pattern service dress and manning a Vickers machine gun. The gunner is crouched behind the machine gun and the loader standing upright at the side. Foliage and rubble provide the filler to make the gun tripod solid, and there are two ammunition boxes by the loader's right foot. The statues are mounted on a pedestal with three-stepped base. There are ten tablets, a plaque and a wreath attached to the pedestal.
