A tomb with two painted panels around a crossed crosslet to its front. Above the tomb is a pair of Corinthian columns, between which is a recessed panel with a pair of shields of arms, and a niche. Within the niche is a portrait of John Brewse kneeling on a cushion and praying at a prayer desk, a sword hanging at his left hip. Below the portrait is an inscribed panel. The columns support a moulded and dentilled pediment above an inscribed frieze. The pediment is surmounted by one large central shield of arms and two smaller ones at either side.
