In so doing, you are part of the / ever changing life of the basin as it shifts from being an industrial hub for the city, to a place of relaxation and pleasure. / The commission was developed in partnership between Taylor Wimpey East London and Chelmsford City Council by artist and / producer Zoe Chamberlain. It was funded by Taylor Wimpry as part of Section106 planning obligation to fund a contribution for public artwork which creates community benefit and enhances a sense of place for local residents.
