The Rt. Honble. Thomas Francis, second Baron Cottesloe. (Chairman of Quarter Sessions of the Bucks County Council) (and of the Standing Joint Committee). Presented by the Magistrates and County Council of the County of Buckingham in acknowledgement of his long services to the County. 1903.
