A spiral earthwork forming a seat in the shape of a bud and leaf, which was inspired by the Victorian textile design and architectural detailing in the building surrounding the park. In the paving surrounding the seat are etched panels of all the leaves that can be found within the park and there are three bronze panels that show layers of magnification through the leaf. A central etching contains an inscription.
