An arched hollow form with a flat front and two arches at the opening, in the form of a mound or shrine. It has textured and incised hatched surfaces with pointed modelling tool marks around the opening. The work has a dark grey firing colour to the interior and lower edges with light grey to the upper outer surface. The interior is glazed with an irregular mixture of gold, turquoise and white lustre glazes and red lustre glaze is contained within the opening decoration. The artist's figurative monogram stamped on the back.
