Chelmsford has a historic relationship with manufacturing the world's first radio, connecting the globe via the airwaves and giving many a voice. In solidarity with marginalised communities, Nomad Clan wanted to represent a non-binary person of colour. It represents the value of visibility in a world of underrepresented characters in muralism.
