Carthorse is an anagram for the word 'Orchestra'. A large sign hangs over a caricature portrait of Sir John, wearing a top hat and with a 'veterinarian's bag' (much like that used by a doctor), leaning against his trusty horse, which is seated on its haunches. The horse nuzzles into him and has tears running down its cheeks. Around its neck is a large collar which says 'HALLE'. Behind are a green wagon and a farmhouse.
