Leonard Henry Rosoman
1913–2012
Painter, mural artist, illustrator and teacher. Born in London Rosoman basically remained there, although he travelled extensively. He studied, 1930–5, at King Edward VII School of Art, University of Durham, where his teachers included E M O’Rorke Dickey, then at Royal Academy Schools, 1935–6, and at Central School of Arts and Crafts, 1937–8, under Bernard Meninsky.
