An Arts and Crafts style Market Cross memorial. A Celtic cross head with central boss on a tall tapering shaft with oak scroll. The right side of the shaft shows various knotwork and key patterns and the left side a vine scroll. The rear face of the shaft has a rose scroll with rabbits and birds. There are four steps up to the square base. The cross stands on paving with projecting blocks at the corners and on each side, which used to support the iron uprights of a railing.
