Set in an alcove at the front of the Town Hall is the statue of Reverend William Graham, longtime minister of Newhaven, standing with a scroll in one hand and his other hand resting on a pedestal. The town hall was built in 1723 and the statue was placed in position in December 1887. It was unveiled by William McDowell, FSA.
