A seated statue of Queen Victoria, originally pointing with her right hand, however the sculpture has been repeatedly targeted by vandals and has now lost the lower section of the arm. It was originally situated at the top of Pier Hill, but in 1962 it was moved to its present position in Clifftown Parade.
