This work was originally sited in Bloxwich Park nearby and moved to the Promenade location in 1927–1928. It has been restored on a number of occasions and in 2001 the three tier fountain was enclosed by railings to protect it from vandalism. On an octagonal base, the lower pedestal is surrounded by cherubs blowing on horns, raising to a main bowl the central column is adorned with ornamental fish spouts, above two smaller tiers, with the uppermost having an upward facing central tulip spout.
