Supported by four decorated columns on a two-tier octagonal plinth, an ornate fountain comprising a circular basin with a nail head moulded rim enclosed with four foliate brackets, rising to a cistern head surmounted by two identical back-to-back inscribed cartouches, and a banded orb finial, all set on a two-step concrete base.
