A tall, freestanding pillar set on a two-stepped square plinth and two-stepped octagonal base. On the 6 o'clock face are a cast wreath enclosing a Saltire with three plaques below. The Polish troops plaque was added between image sets dated 2007 and 2019. The memorial was moved in 1990 to its present site in a park alongside the Menstrie Burn. It sits on the centre of a small circular gravel area cut out of the grass strip to the west of the path.
