Katie by James Butler RA Unveiled by The Mayor of Harrow councilor Miss Christine Bodnell and The Maire de Douci Monsieur Jacques Vernier on the 2nd May 1987.; This plaque was unveiled on 1 April 2004 by Her Majesty The Queen accompanied by His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh in celebration of Harrow's 50 years as a Borough.
