Sitting centrally on the north east gable of the two-storeyed Town Hall, the 'Jubilee Porch' gives access to the first-floor hall level. The Cotswold stone ashlar structure has a low parapet with mid-gable bearing the inscription 'VR 1897'. It is adjacent to the walled war memorial.
