stainless steel plaque on concrete plinth with black letters: ISAAC'S APPLE / by / NIGEL SARDESON / Commissioned by Wyndham Park Forum / funded by Community Spaces Big Lottery / for the SENSORY GARDEN / opened JULY 2010; there follows a description explaining that the sculpture was originally made from a horse chestnut tree in situ but it was removed and restored in 2016 and re-mounted on the concrete plinth
