A marble bust of Edward, Duke of Kent and Strathearn, who was Grand Master of the Antients Grand Lodge, one of two governing bodies of Freemasonry in England in the eighteenth and early nineteenth century, in 1813. Along with his brother, Augustus Frederick, Duke of Sussex, he was instrumental in uniting the two organisations to create the United Grand Lodge of England, the governing body of Freemasonry in England and Wales today.
