The paddle steamer 'Her Majesty' was built by Tod and MacGregor, Glasgow, in 1843. She was 160 feet long and had a gross tonnage of 499 tonnes. She had three masts, a single funnel, two steeple engines, developing 125 horsepower each, and had a cruising speed of eight knots. 'Her Majesty' was owned by Frederick Kemp of the North Lancashire Steam Navigation Company, Fleetwood. She was wrecked on Raithlin Island, Antrim, Northern Ireland in 1849 when operating the Fleetwood to Londonderry Service.
