A Gothic-style clock tower with a spirelet, on a base of four low steps. On the east side there is an arched doorway chamfered in two orders, with long and short jambstones and voussoirs. Above this is a large inset rectangular panel containing a metal plate. At the second stage, there is a trefoiled recess containing a small louvred opening, and a projecting semicircular sill. The third stage has a clock face in chamfered circular surround enclosed by a square hoodmould with foliated stops. The top stage has a corbel table to a chamfered coping and pierced square battlements surrounding a spirelet with swept slate cladding and a weathervane.
