Unveiled by HRH Prince of Wales and erected to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's Jubilee in 2002. The work has complex structural engineering to support 20 tons of slate in strong winds, using a central stainless steel bolt. The textures are inspired by shades of sea and sky.
