The sculpture is named after a previous sculpture in the same location, melted for the war effort. It shows a figure of a young man blowing into a tuba. According to the artist: 'it attempts to subvert the miserable life that the character is allotted in the Greek myth and make a positive, joyous interpretation of an attempt at sound, in this case trying to blow notes from an enormous tuba'.
