A High Victorian Gothic-style fountain. Nine steps with low stone walls lead to a terrace upon which the fountain stands. There are semi-octagonal basins on the east and south sides in trefoiled round-headed recesses. On the west side the spout emerges from an iron gargoyle. Above is an elaborate canopy with pointed, trefoiled arches and marble columns with foliage capitals.
