The building was formerly occupied by Alexander Removals and the ceramic panels explore themes of holding, packing and uncovering personal belongings. The pieces were fired in the ceramics studio at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art under the supervision of Donald Logie. Installed in 1983, the artwork won a prestigious Saltire Award for Art in Architecture in 1984.
