Four abstract steel sculptures sited on a roundabout amid heather, silver birch trees and a grip of galvanised steel RSJ posts. Set on triangular bases on the perimeter of the grid, they are composed of simple geometric shapes that recall the industries of the Potteries. One is shaped rather like a bottle kiln, with smoke rising from it and a simple cylindrical shape set amongst the smoke; another consists of a semi-circular shape recalling a steel rolling mill. The other two sculptures are not se easy to discern: one balances a longer, more pointed triangle on the triangular base; the other consists of a piece resembling the cross-section of three steps sitting on top of the triangular base, with a simple cylindrical form welded onto the 'steps'.
