Sculptor, painter and teacher who studied at Carlisle School of Art, 1937–41; served in the Royal Air Force; then was at Slade School of Fine Art, 1945–8, winning the Robert Ross Scholarship, Wilson Steer Medal and Tonks Drawing Prize. Pascoe became head of fine art at Bristol Polytechnic. He was a fellow of RBS and a member of RWA, holding several senior positions including chairman; was also a member of the British School at Rome’s faculty. Showed at RA, RBA, LG, AIA, with Arts Council and in the provinces. Bristol City Art Gallery and RWA hold examples. He was father of the artist Jane Pascoe. Lived latterly at Weston-in-Gordano, Bristol.
