Painter of Expressionistic figure groups, born in Huddersfield, Yorkshire. He graduated from Lanchester Polytechnic, Coventry, in 1987 with an honours degree in fine art. He took a studio in the Coventry Canal Basin, was a member of Coventry Artists’ Group and showed in the city, in Liverpool and in the Pacesetters 8 exhibition in Peterborough, 1988. Had a solo show at Cotton Art Gallery, Midlands Arts Centre, Birmingham, in 1989, and in 1990 shared a three-man show at Woodlands Art Gallery.
