Portrait painter who studied with Pietro Annigoni in Florence. For a time Anderson lived in London, was a member of Chelsea Arts Club and ran Douglas Anderson Ltd, later moving to Pisa, Italy. Showed at RP and RA, in 1965 Summer Exhibition showing a portrait of HM The Queen.
