2012 marks the 75th anniversary of Jersey Airport and, since it opened in March 1937, the Island’s ‘Gateway to the Skies’ has developed into a modern and bustling twenty-first-century airport.
Committed to providing optimum comfort and service for the dozen scheduled airlines and numerous charter operations that serve the Island from up to 50 departure points across the British Isles and mainland Europe, Jersey Airport strives to enhance the journey experience for the 1.4 million passengers it handles each year.
The painting is currently located in the airside departures hall and can only be viewed by passengers departing from Jersey. Please contact the collection if you have an enquiry about the painting.
