Buckley Museum tells the story of the town of Buckley, primarily through the history of its potteries. A new display showcases the Martin Harrison Collection of Buckley Pottery, the purchase of which was made with the assistance of the Victoria and Albert Museum Purchase Grant Fund and the Art Fund. A selection of local paintings is displayed, including those by James Bentley.

Buckley Library, Museum and Gallery is open Monday 9.30am–7pm; Tuesday 9.30am–7pm; Wednesday 9.30am–5.30pm; Thursday 9.30am–7pm; Friday 9.30am–7pm; Saturday 9.30am–12.30pm. Entrance is free. If you are visiting to see a specific painting please contact us to check it is still on display. The reserve collections of Flintshire Museums Service are held in an off-site store and are accessible by appointment to individuals or groups.
