The Trust aims to preserve the historic character of St Andrews and, through regular exhibitions and its permanent displays, the Trust Museum serves to comment on the social fabric of the town and its immediate surroundings. Mostly acquired through the generosity of kind donors, the Trust has built up a substantial collection of art that is not only high in quality, but is also of great social importance.
