Gweni Llwyd is an artist based in Wales. Through moving image, drawing and installation, her works playfully weave personal, collective and more-than-human experiences together – highlighting living as being part of a messy shared metabolism.
Gweni Llwyd has an MA in Fine Art from Piet Zwart Institute, Rotterdam. Some recent projects include Elan Links Residency, Elan Valley (2023); Partial View, MAMA, Rotterdam (2023); Traces of a Cathode, s1 artspace, Sheffield (2023); One Day Home, W139, Amsterdam (2022); Silicon Retina, Greenman Festival (2021); and Jerwood UNITe, g39, Cardiff (2021).
