Anna Maciąg is the daughter of artist Otto Maciąg and the niece of artist Ludwik Maciąg.

In spite of having a science degree and a diploma in IT, she loves art and painted landscapes and botanical studies as well as intricately decorating her father's ceramics. Now she photographs landscapes and crochets.
