'Wave Wall' was designed by David F. Wilson, who was inspired by a drystone wall he had seen in Turkey. He worked with Balmerino-based stonemason William Mills to construct the work, which contains several small stone carvings. David also designed the metal railings to the rear of the wall, which extend northwards along the side of Meadowside St Paul’s Church. The landscape architect for the project was Brian Snell.
