4to-size white lace-paper with mounted cut-out lace-paper frame decorated with embossed, gilt and silvered cut-paper medallions featuring cupids and a woven lace fringe around the central panel. A chromolithographed scrap at lower centre with the motto: "My Heart / Beats for Thee". The inside pages are blank. The card has been folded twice.
