A silk thread lifts to reveal a hand-drawn and coloured image of two doves upon an urn. A lithographed verse above and below the central image: "Think not, Oh! think - this trifle vain, / That brings remembrance back again - / When, with a feeling fraught and true, / I wove a fragrant wreath for you ...". G KERSHAW embossed at lower centre. Graphite inscription on the verso: "603 / 21/6; 183 -". The inside pages are blank.
