A horseshoe shaped arch commemorating Blackwood town’s long-standing twinning partnership with Protivin in the Czech Republic and is positioned in a prime location on Blackwood High Street. The designs are inspired by a Celtic torc, nature and the industrial heritage of the area. On either side of the inscription is a raised steel vine design on a blue background.
