A low circular structure with a raised central section, with nine circular decorative plaques attached. Each plaque has a tongue twister or a joke. Part of the 'Tern Project', a series of sculptures along Morecambe’s seafront and promenade that celebrate the birds and other diverse wildlife of Morecambe Bay.
