Two steel columns, each supporting a cast bronze figure. The columns are spaced 45 metres apart and sited symmetrically to the building frontage. The design incorporates 50 metres of relief panels fixed to the existing curved dock wall. The design reflects not only the former function of Queens Dock for ship repair but also the subsequent office work of Customs and Excise. The building is now a residential housing development.
