Albert Richards attended Wallasey School of Art and the Royal College of Art before being called up in the Second World War. Before the move to London he, and his best friend George Jardine, saw work by the Surrealists in Liverpool and were inspired to work with some unusual subjects. Here we see some ideas about the movement of time, from a dinosaur to the skeletal framework of a biplane.
