Graphite drawing showing a man and two women. In the foreground, at right, stands a man. He has receding hair, a beard and a moustache. He wears a belted tunic, stockings and mid-calf-length boots. The boots are turned down at the top. His thumbs are tucked behind the belt and there is a narrow strap running from his right shoulder to left hip. His face is turned towards a woman who stands behind him, at left. The woman wears a plain dress with an area of striped material at the neck, the cuffs and around the waist. She also wears a headdress with a diamond pattern. Two horn-like arms sweep back from the brow of the headdress and each has a loose panel of material beneath. Her left hand is on her hip and she holds the end of a sheet in her right hand.
